The course is challenging but can be played by golfers of all skill levels. Royal Westmoreland – This course has 18 holes, and is only open to people who are members. However, it may be possible to play this course in conjunction with a hotel stay at either the Glitter Bay or the Royal Pavilion. Sandy Lane Golf Club – This course has 18 holes and costs between $160-$200 to play. Almond Beach Village – This course has nine holes and is a par 3. The course is relatively easy compared to the other courses in Barbados. Belair Golf Club – This course has nine holes and is a par three, but it is not currently open. Due to the fact that Barbados is a relatively small island, there is a limited amount of space available for golf courses. However, the courses that are present are some of the best in the world, and playing on one of them is a real treat for a vacationer. For the golf lover, a golf vacation package is a great choice. Not only will it provide the opportunity to play on a fantastic course, but a golf package usually includes access to a swimming pool, fitness center and other activities.
